Making A Purchase:
Only one product at a time may be ordered due to the weight restrictions we have to follow and the related postage costs. If you require more than one item you will have to order each one seperately and pay the postage each time.
In our Tea Shop click on any item that you wish to buy and put it into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Buy now" and you will be asked for a few details needed to complete your order.
We try and keep all product images on the site up to date, but due to packaging changes etc the pictures may differ from the product you receive.
At our sole discretion we may change any part of this site. It is your responsibility to check if any alterations have been made by us, and any further orders placed by you will constitute your acceptance of these terms.
All descriptions and weights are those of the original manufacturer and are intended to give a general description of the goods.
Card Payments:
Only recognized credit and debit cards are accepted as payment. Online payments are made through PayPal which is quick, free and easy to use. No account is necessary. All transactions are processed using its secure security systems.
Place your order and your credit/debit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. As you will see, all of our prices are in Pound Sterling. All details sent through the site are encrypted.
Privacy Policy:
most-missed-teas does not disclose buyers' information to third parties with the sole exception of our courier to enable your goods to be delivered to you.
Security is a primary concern and there are many security features embedded as an assurance of order integrity.
Security features include secure encrypted sending of your personal details to our payment gateway at PayPal using the latest 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) for your credit card details. Thus ensuring that you are safe while shopping online.
Although we endeavour to take every reasonable precaution to protect your data, transmission of data over the internet is not completely secure. We cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to our site, and any transmission is at your own risk.
Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event it is intercepted by someone else. We DO NOT hold any credit card details on our servers.
Shipping And Handling:
Due to customs legal and regulatory restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the UK. Most-missed-teas reserves the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to which destination. It is therefore essential that all customers use the link on the home page to check if potential orders are available for delivery to them or not.
Most-missed-teas.com cannot be held responsible for the actions of any Customs department who may open and check packages at their discretion. The customer is responsible for any import duties and taxes which may be levied once the package reaches the customer's country of residence. Country restrictions and levies vary; Contact your local Customs Department for further information.
Delivery times are based on our couriers and are approximate. If, for any reason we cannot dispatch your order within the times we have stated, we will notify you by e-mail.
If you wish to track your parcel we can provide you with the parcels tracking number then you can use our shipping company's web-site. The tracking number will be included in your dispatch notice and there is a link to take you to the tracking service on our links page.
We ensure that our products are carefully packaged, therefore any damage that occurs once the product has left our premises rests soley with the courier. In the case of any damage to your order please ensure you e-mail us AS SOON AS YOU RECIEVE YOUR ORDER, so that we can report the damage on your behalf within 14 days of its dispatch.
Please keep the package in the condition that you recieved it so as the courier in your country can investigate how the damage occured. Our shipping company will keep you informed of the progress of any investigation.
If the package is damaged, payment of compensation can be quite a lengthy process due to the procedures of the couriers.
Any monies owed to you will be paid via PayPal, either to your credit/debit card or a PayPal account depending on your method of payment. Credits will be paid in the original currency you paid in.
Refunds to cards may take up to 30 days to appear on your card statement. You may be refunded the full cost of your puchase (not inc postage) if all the goods are damaged, or part of the cost of your purchase for the part that is damaged.
Please check that you have provided the full correct address for delivery. If the postcode/zip code or any part of the address is omitted or entered incorrectly, delays or delivery failures may result, of which we will not be held responsible. Deliveries will need to be signed for on receipt. If no one is available to take receipt, a card will be left explaining where the item is and what to do next.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or with an attempted delivery by our couriers, we will have to recharge you the shipping costs to resend.
To enable us to contact you with dispatch dates and tracking details we require a valid email address.
Returns Policy:
Under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm, you have the right to return goods you ordered by advising us of your cancellation in writing (via e-mail) within 7 working days of your order being delivered, and is subject to the following conditions:
1) The goods remain in their original condition and packaging and have not been tampered with in any way.
2) The cost of returning the goods rests with you, the buyer, and most-missed-teas will not be held responsible for any customer errors made during the ordering process.
3.) We will then refund you the cost of your purchase.
